We are so excited to welcome you to Jake and Cooper's Bark Park. Our online membership application is now available and the Park is now open. Please scroll down and click the button below after reading the membership requirements. 

The following things are required for membership at the park. Please check to be sure your dog meets all these requirements prior to applying for membership. We will be unable to process your membership until all requirements are met and documented. 

• Dogs must be at least 6 months old and be part of your household for at least 2 months.
• Proof of spay or neuter.
• Dogs must be licensed in your county or municipality and provide license number. 
• Dogs must not display aggressive behavior to people or other dogs.
• Veterinary records with the following vaccines up-to-date: Rabies, Distemper (commonly listed as DAPP, DHPP, or DHLPP), Bordetella (kennel cough), and Leptospirosis (if not given as part of DHLPP).

Please provide proof of all the above at the time of application, either by uploading them during the application process or by emailing them (or having your veterinary office email them) to membership@jakeandcoopersbarkpark.com.  Any missing information will delay your membership approval. Please allow an average of 3-5 business days after submitting all necessary documentation for your membership to be processed and approved. 

Pricing for 2025 Memberships (January 1- December 31, 2025): $50 for up to 2 dogs in a household, with an additional $10 per dog up to a total of 4 dogs. We do not offer prorating for memberships purchased later in the year. All funds go directly to the maintenance and operation of the park, as well as park improvements.

For all memberships, there is a one-time key card fee of $5 (this fee is not charged for renewals). (Lost cards are subject to replacement fee of $10.)
